The tasting will be complemented by a short introduction on the European influence on wine making in Victoria. Meet and hear directly from our guest David Dunstan. David is an historian, writer and journalist with a special interest in wine. He is a former university teacher and researcher and the author of Better Than Pommard: a History of Wine in Victoria and A Vision for Wine: a History of the Viticultural Society of Victoria. He has written about wine for the Age, the Sun-Herald and Business Review Weekly.
